Ok, so starting Monday, new year coming, new me. I can't continue like this and its too hard to be fat anymore. So this time, one day at a time. First goal will be to just lose weight. Once I reach under 300 (299) will then start an exercise program. Its hard with Stan in the house because he brings all kinds of sweets in. So one day at a time.
