I'm working a night shift tonight. It's only 8 hours but tomorrow night is a 12-hour shift. It makes eating healthy difficult. I find myself eating all night just to stay awake! I try to plan on healthy foods, though. By the time I go to bed this morning (Friday morning), I will have been awake for over 24 hours!!
I had my first meeting with my personal trainer yesterday. It went great! I did 3 miles on the stationary bike. I did a circuit on all the machines working upper body, lower body and abs. I then did balancing and strength training.
All of my measurements were taken. I actually weighed 130 lbs instead of 135 so that's a bonus! My body mass index was 22%, which for my age was good. I'll get measured again in 8 weeks to see what has changed.
