Ugh!! Gained 4 lbs due to holiday food (and salt). Oh well, I planned for this so it is not a big disappointment. I don't think I will be losing any weight again until after the first of the new year.
224.0 lb Lost so far: 14.0 lb.    Still to go: 24.0 lb.    Diet followed N/A.

1000 kcal Fat: 40.02g | Prot: 48.15g | Carb: 125.41g.   Breakfast: Organic Whole Milk, Italian Sweet Creme Creamer, Organic Hearty Morning Cereal, banana, Coffee (Brewed From Grounds). Lunch: Original English Muffins, Boars Head Ovengold Turkey Breast, Boar's Head American cheese. Snacks/Other: slim jim original smoked snack stick, pistachio nuts. more...

I think it happens to all of us, exposed to food we do not regularly eat. It is likely just water retention which will go away in the next days. Up the veggies and drink more water.
