The past two months I've slid back into old ways. I haven't been really bad but the holidays has thrown me off even more. So back on track is what I need. I think by stopping journaling and keeping track daily with fatsecret was one of my problems. If you don't keep track of what your doing it is very easy to slip extra calories in a bit here and a bit there. I'm disabled and I have fibromyalgia. My pain levels have been really high and its what first bumped me from where I was doing so well. I had gotten into a plateau and my pain had kept me from exercising so things went bad to worse and I buried my head in the sand. I kept telling my husband I had to go back to doing better. I'd do so for a few days but then I'd hurt and slip. I can't promise I won't continue to do that but I do know I do not want to gain back all I lost. I need some more structure so journaling is the way to go.
223.5 lb Lost so far: 15.5 lb.    Still to go: 63.5 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
