Restarted weight management by exercising - walking on farm 4-6 days a week for 40-50 minutes.

Examined habit loops that resulted in snaking frequently - boredom when taking a break from computer. New routine - take a walk for 10 minutes, drink water and return to work. For mid-morning snack, I use the juicer.

Replace bread with rye-biscuits, cottage cheese & tomatoes or make a strawberry salad.
279.3 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 58.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
on diet Weight Watchers   gaining 0.1 lb a week
