Now that I'm beginning to record my calorie intake, I'm beginning to see that I fall off the wagon over the weekend. With less exercise, a couple of glasses of wine and extra calories it's no wonder I've been slowly gaining weight over the past year. It's time to reel in that behavior and make a positive change. No more "cheat meal" on Fridays, and increased diligence on Saturday and Sunday will hopefully get me there..... Fingers crossed for a better week!
