I have decided that the holidays is a time to enjoy, so I'm of the mind to "accept the 5 pounds and restart in January." This is not to say I am eating poorly at every meal (but just about!), but that I feel no need for the guilt.
158.5 lb Lost so far: 41.5 lb.    Still to go: 23.5 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
