Changed my first goal weight to 190. Not because I'm not going to lose more than that, but because that is the weight I need to be at to ride Scarlett. Plus, I think Montana would appreciate the weight too. Lol

Lost so far: 0 lb.
Still to go: 41.0 lb.
Diet followed reasonably well.
