Christmas is a challenge.
This week I overdid it in the gym and my knees hurt. I did not go two times for exercise as it hurt too much and I could hardly walk.
Was offered snacks and sweets and did not always resist.
Am slowing down and make sure I chew well instead of gobbling.
285.7 lb Lost so far: 11.9 lb.    Still to go: 93.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
