Today was our last weigh in. I gained over 2 pounds in one week. My total weight lost over six weeks was only 5.4 pounds. I'm not happy about that at all. I'm going to buy a digital scale and work off that and work at getting ot my goal weight of 200 pounds. I need to continue to watch what I eat and I need to get running. My goal now is to get to 200 pounds by April 1st. I can do it if I can run at least 30 miles each month and continue to monitor my calories. I really want to get under 200 pounds. I've not giving up on 199.
