i started a diet on my own about 30 days ago and was 222 pounds and lost 19 ponds so far. currently 203 but now i want to eat more and lose less more comfortable and slower. i am giving myself a little more time now to lose the remaining 13 pounds to reach 190 and than keep the weight.

That's really good! I thought I was shedding them fast, but wow! What did you do to lose so much so quickly?

i had put myself on a 700 calorie diet. i eat a combination of the following food. dannon fat free light and fit yogurt only 80 calories. fresh 8 oz sugar snap peas fried in 1 teaspoon of olive oil. black eyes peas from lucky's 20 cal per serving, sauerkraut i can has 0 - 15 calories depands on the producer. tomatos sliced with pepper and salt. make a salad out of: red leave lettuce, fresh mushrooms, white onion, greek hot peperoni, 1/4 jalopeno. oval tomato, pepper salt and little vinegar, fresh asparagus with onion and scrambled egg. dont drink any sodas or juice only water. i did drink about 6 glasses of water every day also helps with the bowlmovement.
