Breakfast: oatmeal, honey, bob's red mill flaxseed meal, body fortress vanilla whey protein powder. Lunch: marketside light ceasar salad, stacy's parmesean pita chips, tyson chicken tenderloins. Dinner: extra virgin olive oil, great value wheat linguine, great value garlic and onion spaghetti sauce, natures own whitewheat bread.
