126.0 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 6.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1520 kcal Fat: 41.89g | Prot: 90.15g | Carb: 188.57g.   Breakfast: body fortress vanilla whey protein powder, bob's red mill flaxseed meal, honey, oatmeal. Lunch: tyson chicken tenderloins, stacy's parmesean pita chips, marketside light ceasar salad. Dinner: natures own whitewheat bread, extra virgin olive oil, great value garlic and onion spaghetti sauce, great value wheat linguine. Snacks/Other: pillsbury chocolate fudge brownie (but the healthier kind), sugar cookies, almonds, chobani strawberry greek yogurt. more...
