Bam. Appetite is officially back, once the stress levels evened out.

Future reference: Lentil loaf was REALLY good, but I might pulse the lentils in the food processor a bit to break up the chewiness. And possibly cook them in broth instead of water. Celery should be processed, not diced. More onions & garlic. A bit more glaze on top. Basically, a few minor tweaks and it should be AMAZING.

Hitting the gym in a few hours, trying to really beat the crap out of my arms. I lost more strength by taking time off in the fall than I am comfortable with. Goal: T-rex arms tomorrow/Saturday. :D
