Up again. (sigh) I checked my diet calendar and found an 8000 cal deficit. I am painfully honest about what I eat, otherwise what's the point really? Yesterday I wore a size smaller jeans so that is some evidence of success. :) So in order to not get down about it I will call it muscle weight and push on forward. After all, I can't be a gloomy gus on Christmas. Have a wonderful week everyone.

I think how your clothes fit is a better indication of fat loss than what the scales say.

How very true especially if you are exercising. My husband has noticed a difference in my shape but not that much weight has come off.

YUP - what they said. If your sliding into smalled sizes you're losing weight, gaining muscle and DOING a GREAT job! No gloomy gus needed. You're rocking it!

Enjoy the time with your kids, that will cheer you up! I would be jumping for joy to get into a smaller size of jeans. You are doing great, regardless of what the scale says.

You're doing great, Teskandar. I think the next week, with both Christmas and New Year's, is just something to get through, not a time to expect to lose weight. Just keeping things even is a victory at this time right now. Take it easy on yourself and enjoy your smaller jeans!

Ooooh, that can be SO frustrating. However, if you really are "painfully" precise, then you know you DO have a fat loss. You know you are doing right. The numbers just don't show just yet. They will, though - keep going. :)
