Actually restarted last week 12/12/12. Not doing Atkins. Started juicing and eating all vegetables and fruits, with nuts (sunflower seeds). Have eaten chicken and fish several times, but not daily. Have also stopped all processed foods. Starting weight was 226 lbs. 1 week loss 7.5 to 8 lbs. Am also drinking lots of water and green tea with lemon, unsweetened. Have also had coffee, but not daily.
Really needed to break my sugar/junk addiction. One day at a time.
