Went to friends brithday party yesterday and did well. For me the only thing that works is not to even have a bite of those delicous looking little cheescake tarts, cookies or that yummy pull apart pizza. Had to expalin to my friends that I have an eating addiction and for me there is no such thing as moderation when it comes to certain foods.

I'm going to go back to weighing myself every week. I hope this will help keep me on track.

Yesterday was reasonable warm so I bundled up and took the dogs out, they really needed to run around a bit. I was out for almost an hour and when I came back in my appetite had disappeared. It seems counter intutitive but the more I move the less hungry I am.

It does work-exercise and feeling full or less hungry. I usually fill up on water after exercise and that helps also. Good for you at the party.

WOOHOO Good for you at the party. Pat yourself on the back!!! I totally understand that for some things there is NO such thing as moderation. Me and pizza are that way. I don't understand the people who can have one piece of pizza and stop because I can't so I just have to avoid it at all costs.
