Ugh. I cannot believe i let myself get so fat again. None of my clothes fit anymore, and i have been living in stretch pants for 3 months now. Quitting smoking may be good for my health, but it sure helped make me big again! Time to take control of my eating habits and drop these 30 extra lbs!! This is my Christmas gift and my New Years Resolution all rolled into one!!

Thanks, AngieKae...just a lil down in the dumps today...i have taken the weight off before, and i didnt let it get completely out of control this time, so i will just "Up and At 'Em!!!
