Diet Warrior's Journal, 19 December 2012

Very disappointed in my self. Gained 4 pounds since Friday. Had 3 Christmas parties in a row and didn't have much I could eat so I didn't follow very well. Have another one on Sunday then it's Christmas Eve then Christmas then New Year's Eve .. UGH..!!!! This will be hard. But I can do this..!! Need to be back down the 4 pounds by Christmas. 2013 has to be good to me..!!!
206.0 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 41.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Double ugh, I went from 182 to 193 since the holidays in Nov. I went back to writing everything down and no more than 1200 cal a day. So far from 1 Jan 2013 to 6 Jan 2013, I have lost 7lbs, yippy.
