Seriously??/ WOW??? This is exactly why I love Atkins! One day back, ONE DAY! One day of tracking and watching and I'm right back to where I was. It's also right before TOM, and I'm in the green again! Again it just shows me that this is the way for me. This is totally the pck up I needed this morning after feeling so crabby yesterday. 135 here I come. I can't wait to see how my family reacts at Christmas!!!!!!!!!!!!

Total loss 28.1 in 5 months, thats 5.6 lbs a month. Down three dress sizes from a TIGHT 14 to a comfortable 8. 4.9 lbs to my first major goal. Only 14.9 to my real goal.
