Weighed in about 158 today at 10AM after having 2955 calories night before. Taking Mass Fusion currently but not doing 100% great on my workouts due to time restraints, energy level etc. *sred also...*

Averages out to 2712 calories per day. Saw a 0.5lb increase in weight which is about 0.25lb per week. Meh...
158.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
