Had a setback last week - but I am not giving up. Running and ab work 3 days in a row now. Weight up but I am going to keep going... wish I could have a day when I felt better about things.
173.4 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 33.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
