Yesterday, while not a bad day did not leaving me feeling well. I spent quite a bit of time away from the house. I thought I was prepared to be out, I had eaten before leaving home and carried a pomegranate and a 16 oz bottle of water with me. After a few hours I became hungry, we were shopping and walking a lot which was good but I had to wait to get to a point I could eat pomegranate. Ate the Pomegranate and all was well until about and hour and a half maybe two hours and I am hungry again. I go to the grocery store and buy and apple and yogurt ff with fruit and sweetened with aspartame, hate aspartame but what are you gonna do. Ate that and felt better. Got home around 6 or so and started to prepare dinner of a i/2 chicken breast cooked on George Foreman grill with a littl sea salt black pepper and garlic powder. stir fried veggies used cooking spray and 1/2 cup rice (brown). And with all the exercise I got that day I thought all was well. I woke this morning feeling sluggish and hungover, instead of raring to go. don't know what I did wrong but hope to make up for that today.
