I just had to weigh in again today because I'm there - down to goal weight!

125.7 lb Lost so far: 11.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

1446 kcal Fat: 49.76g | Prot: 75.46g | Carb: 186.02g.   Breakfast: honey, coffee, sunfllower seeds, strawberries, banana, plain yogurt, granola. Lunch: bread sesame, apple, olive paste. Dinner: tomato, sweet red pepper, onion, garlic, new potatoes, cheese, shrimp. more...
