I do, basically so that I don't get out of the habit, but also b/c I still feel the guilt. Now, I might not workout to full capacity and I might move my workout time. For instance, I have been dealing with congestion and sinus discomfort all week, so since today is the weekend I decided to let my sinuses rest a little and I will exercise later today. Normally, I workout in the morning, but my head hurts more then. Now if I was super sick with a fever or throwing up, then I would probably rest. I try to do as much as I can and not lay around - I feel like that just makes me weaker and sicker. I don't get sick much these days - which I think is from being more active, drinking lots of water, and eating right. (TMI?)

Thanks for your input. I did work out yesterday, halfheartedly and then last night I slept 12 hours. I've been taking it easy today and thought I would do my workout just not at full speed. I too am dealing with sinus issues.

I asked the same question on my journal. I had the flu and all I wanted to do is lay on the couch, sleep and watch movies. I really didn't have much energy to do anything. I tried a little free weight, but it was like lifting many many more pounds than they actually weigh. I just decided to let my body rest, considering I've had to go to work regardless of how I feel. Sleeping was the best thing for me. :)
