They say "you are what you eat", so I changed my bio picture to a plate of the cookies I've been baking, LOL. I really haven't eaten many; just one of the red velvet cookies I baked yesterday, and only a few on previous days, and burned them off.

I found a new diet aid; my neurologist suggested I take an omega 3 supplement to lower my bad cholesterol (since the total is so low, the LDL needs to be lowered), and it's taken away most of my appetite! I definitely have no desire to eat any fish; I taste it when I work out, especially my abs. I'll try refrigerating the capsules like my doc suggested if it upset my tummy.

My dancing style of baking is hard on my knees; the kitchen has Italian tile on the floor. Today's Zumba class was more challenging because my legs (especially knees) were sore. Guess I need to wear supportive shoes for aerobic baking,LOL.

My partner forgot wallet, called in panic, had employees' bonus checks in it, as well as company credit card to take the employees out for a holiday celebration lunch. I delivered it after class, in plenty of time for the party, saving the day! Cookie elf and courier elf!

OK, it's hard to type with that pop Latino station on while sitting on an exercise ball chair, I bounce around to much. :o) At least its easier on my knees when I'm sitting. :oD

I bake my own cookies; they aren't low calorie for the most part though I use eggbeaters instead of whole eggs, reduced fat cream cheese or sour cream, use unsweeted coconut, nonfat milk, etc. Some of my holiday cookies have used cream & other rich stuff; I give almost all of the cookies away. I have healthier recipes (whole wheat flour, oats, applesauce replacing fat, sweetened with honey, for examples) for making sweet treats other times of the year. I eat them in moderation, freezing many for future treats. Tonight I had fresh sweet Maui pineapple ; mmmm.

Mmm, your cookies sound awesome. Daughter has been asking for Red Velvet stuff, never have been a big fan in the past, but I think its time to revisit that.
