1326 kcal Fat: 30.33g | Prot: 96.64g | Carb: 176.08g.   Breakfast: skim milk, chobani strawberry greek yogurt, Organic Cinnamon Raisin Granola. Lunch: stacy's parmesean pita chips, egg white, Kraft Light Mayo with Olive Oil, american cheese, Nature's Own Whitewheat bread. Dinner: brown rice, lemon juice, vinegar, low sodium soy saucce, yellowfin tuna, green giant steamers market blens. Snacks/Other: JE's Lemon Protein Bars, frozen greek yogurt. more...
