Day 13, Today was a very hard but great day. It started with 2 -16oz coffee's. Had nothing to eat at work all day. Finally had some samples at the deli in Fry's came home and grilled some chicken with broccoli and cheese. Got full from the 30 oz water I drank while eating. I find myself craving bread alot today since its my first official day doing 20 or less carbs and watching my low calorie diet. Its been hard but I am ready for it. Day 13 down 5.5 lbs, its feel great! Got 2 more days until the dinner at the In-laws place then 8 more days until the trip for Xmas up north to visit my family hopefully down to 195 that then which could put me at Day 21 with a total loss of 13 lbs in 21 days. That would be great. wish me luck I have 7.5 more lbs to lose by next friday. Super excited.
202.5 lb Lost so far: 5.5 lb.    Still to go: 62.5 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
