I haven't been doing my run app, but I have been watching what I eat and getting some exercise. Did aerobic tape (yes, it was VHS...lol) today, but I plan to get my run in tomorrow.
253.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 103.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Im 31 and the youngest at my work center by about 20+ years. I get entertained by pretending I don't know what VHS is, when in reality I grew up on it....haha...It makes them feel old. Good job on the exercise and eating..
