from this post it looks like i have not lost anything; however, i was up about two pounds over the weekend and steadily lost it again. scale aside, I am really proud of myself. For three days straight I have woken up at 6 to walk/run on the treadmill for atleast 30-40 minutes. And, I feel GREAT! I don't love the idea of jumping out of my warm, cozy bed on a cold, dark morning; BUT, I do feel terrific. I love the idea of getting up while the house is quite (hubby already at work and daughter still sleeping), heading to the basement to catch up on guilty pleasure (kardashian reruns, infomercials, news, etc) while doing something for myself -- exercising. And, I don't feel guilty at night when I finally sit down that I didn't have the energy, will power or motivation to exercise. Problem solved! Now, if I can just keep up this effort!
135.2 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 17.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
