Weigh in today wasn't good, but I've significantly cut back with smoking, went to the gym once, and bought groceries to try to eat at home more often then going out. These things may not be great accomplishments but are a beginning of attaining a long term goal of a naturally healthy life style. I know my personality is impulsive, excessive, and generally irresponsible. Having this type of start makes me feel more comfortable with what I might call "growing up", and trying to turn down these faults a bit.
168.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 18.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
