I have been making some great progress this week by reading healthy.Everyday i want up and weigh myself before breakfast and the pounds are slowly finding their way off and away from me. Eating broccoli and fish everyday has been beneficial. The had from all of it is painful tho..
252.6 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 75.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
