A new beggining a new healthy n beutiful me. Gone through divorce; lost my mother...forced to b out of school for a year n s hlf..had had s rough time. O
9 pounds r not too bsd given the crazy stress that I went through. But its nu day..almost fone w medicsl bills slmost debt need to take care if me.
162.4 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 32.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1120 kcal Fat: 50.64g | Prot: 97.39g | Carb: 64.85g.   Breakfast: Roasted Broiled or Baked Chicken (Skin Not Eaten), broiled skinlesd chicken thighs, Cucumber Salad with Oil and Vinegar, Milk (2% Lowfat with Added Vitamin A and Protein), oatmeal. Lunch: iceberg salads. Dinner: chicken thighs, iceberg salad. more...
