Hmmm kinda liking this. I guess that fast is having an effect on my weight loss beyond just the day of no eating. That was my plan, and I don't understand how it works, but I like eating LCHF, and losing on it makes it even better. The other thing I've done is cut back on the amount of food I'm eating, even though most of my calories come from fat and protein.

I'm attending a conference today for school board members. I'll be there to spread the word about NoDropouts. My plan is that school board members will hear about how we can help them get dropouts back in school and graduated, and then they will put pressure on the superintendents to contract with us. I'm pretty excited that I get to talk to a whole bunch of people today about this!

My life is so good, I'm so blessed.

Looks like it's working. I had been off for a few days taking care of sick Grandkids and really need to get back at it (before we make our Christmas cookies) I was wondering how you eat the ground almonds.

So happy this is working for you too! IF Mondays and a balance of 100 g fat, 80 g carbs & 100 Protein is my target every day more or less the rest of the week. It seems to be really working for me too - the best part is being SATISFIED and not hungry in between meals Tues through Sun. So far so good - we will see won't we!

I probably didn't eat enough yesterday, but other than a little hunger in the afternoon, I felt pretty good. As far as the ground almonds go, I baked them into a bread with eggs. There is such a small amount of egg in it, and the amount of almonds is a guess. It's not that good, but it satisfies my bread needs.
