In 16 hours my new challenge will begin. I will not be eating after 7pm CST. I will drink at least two bottles of water before bedtime (between 11:30pm - 1:00am).
153.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 38.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
