Spent 4 days with my mom after her mini-stroke. Also had three Christmas gatherings, at which I mostly held to my diet. :)
183.0 lb Lost so far: 23.0 lb.    Still to go: 18.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

So sorry to hear your mom had a mini-stroke. I hope there is little or no damage done. Congrats on being able to attend three Christmas gatherings and stay within the realm of acceptability with your diet. That takes a lot of self control especially with added stress and temptations all at once.
