Today I have started the challenge NO JUNK FOOD FOR 2 WEEKS!
I havent been going to the gym for 2 months for certain reasons so I have to be careful with what I eat.
My problem is not the amount of food I eat, but the snacks I like to eat all the time. I did this challenge in April of this year, then did it for 1 month and the results were amazing! This challenge taught me how to control myself, to eat healthier and prove myself I can accomplish what I want!
