I'm not actually at this current weight, but rather a good 10 pounds heavier. But what's the point in tracking weight loss as it happens? I have a vision of where I want to be and I have it recorded. So now I have a goal to visualize, rather than be reminded of where I am right now. If all I see is the number I am now, then all I can visualize is as far as tomorrow. And that's no good.
