I have almost reached my goal, when I joined Fatsecret in January 2012 my goal was to reach 175 from 220 , before our family cruise. I've almost reached my goal, I feel great about that.
178.8 lb Lost so far: 41.2 lb.    Still to go: 13.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
