Continue to gain even if it is just a half pound and despite good dieting and exercise. I attribute it to the Chili's Burger I ate a week ago and it took a few days to affect me. Staying the course though.
206.8 lb Lost so far: 74.4 lb.    Still to go: 26.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
