I only ate approx 150 cal and I gained weight? fml, this is discouraging.
188.0 lb Lost so far: 1.0 lb.    Still to go: 38.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

You need to do some research on nutrition. Your metabolism is like a furnace. When you fuel it regularly, it burns well. If you don't fuel it, it doesn't work properly. Eating very little can cause weight gain in some people. Your body literally starts eating itself because it's not getting the nutrients it needs to survive (gross). You should also google "why the scale lies" because many things factor into weight loss and not just the foods we eat. You might do better eating 5 or 6 smaller meals a day with some protein at each meal. I would try not go under 1000 a day. You can really slow your metabolism making it more and more difficult to lose in the future.
