Argh. Can't manage to get enough calories in. 1. Stressed out - stress makes me not hungry. 2. Filled up - I'm not even hitting my protein macros, but between the protein and veggies, I'm just FULL all day.
I don't feel tired, or weak, and I'm getting through my work-outs just fine. Not suffering in strength or endurance - yet. But it's going to be near impossible to keep going at this rate, or put muscle on, if I can't manage to eat more.
I know the portions and counts are correct, thanks to the handy-dandy food scale. Going to have to talk to my trainer friends and see if they can help me with this.
