Well...I did not gain not did I lose on my trip to New England. Now, it's Manhattan. Let's see if I stay steady or manage to shed a few pounds!
168.6 lb Lost so far: 6.4 lb.    Still to go: 13.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Hello, sister queen!! I just figured out how to read comments...ha ha. Even though I am under Atkins, I dont follow it that closely. For example, for breakfast i like toast. So, i allow myself to have the Peppredige Farms Light Bread (45 calories). Lastly, if you read my food journal the other carbs that i allow myself to eat is ice cream and chocolate in moderation. Tee Hee Hee The good news is that any kind of pasta or rice is easy for me to avoid.
