I didn't record my diet for most of the weekend. I watched what I ate and kept the carbs low except for fiber one cereal (however, nearly 60 percent of the carbs come from fiber.) Unsweetened almond milk sweetened with 0 calorie stevia extract from Trader Joe's is an excellent, low calorie milk replacement.
223.0 lb Lost so far: 11.0 lb.    Still to go: 43.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
