so up a few ounces after 4 days. nothing to cry about. was hoping for a loss since i lost 7 inches of hair at my haircut last week but whatever. could be anything. i have been doing really well with diet and exercise both so i will continue to do so and maybe i will get a loss on thursday. i had a very good weekend. hope you all did too.
171.6 lb Lost so far: 0.8 lb.    Still to go: 16.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

A couple of ounces is just your water weight which will flucuate. Hang in there and keep counting those calories.
