283.0 lb Lost so far: 100.2 lb.    Still to go: 53.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Well that put a smile on my face. Over the 100lb mark! 17lb over my original target for 2012, 3lb to go to my extended target... YAY!

Oh and I'm wearing a t-shirt which actually fits me rather than being shrouded in one that's 3-4 sizes too big, I've had several compliments already!
