i still am having problems with entering the foods in my journal but here is the hand totals for today and this is what i have been doing and still not losing! i am not hungry and seem to be forcing the food down i drink more water than is nessarry 30 oz glass and i drink 4 of them a day and that is not the coffee or the one diet soda i allow each day i have counted sugar free gum and 2 carb for the diet soda because it says it is 2 servings i am not tryin to cheet i want to loose! my total protien for today is 72.5 grams, calories are968. and carbs are 13.55 and yet since i started working out nothing and every one tells me i am not exersizing hard enough i am now doing an hour a day on my tredmill at 3.4 miles per hour and doing 3 min burst of 4 % inclene for 3 min 2 times during the hour i just dont know what else to do am getting to the point where i just wanna sit and cry it makes me so mad !
