i still am having problems with entering the foods in my journal but here is the hand totals for today and this is what i have been doing and still not losing! i am not hungry and seem to be forcing the food down i drink more water than is nessarry 30 oz glass and i drink 4 of them a day and that is not the coffee or the one diet soda i allow each day i have counted sugar free gum and 2 carb for the diet soda because it says it is 2 servings i am not tryin to cheet i want to loose! my total protien for today is 72.5 grams, calories are968. and carbs are 13.55 and yet since i started working out nothing and every one tells me i am not exersizing hard enough i am now doing an hour a day on my tredmill at 3.4 miles per hour and doing 3 min burst of 4 % inclene for 3 min 2 times during the hour i just dont know what else to do am getting to the point where i just wanna sit and cry it makes me so mad !

oh and the vegies i eat are only phase one aproved radishes cellery salad mix green peppers broccolli and culliflower if i eat cooked vegies for lunch i eat raw for dinner or vise versa so that at least one meal a day is raw vegatables.

Hang in there as I two was not losing weight for about 1 to 2 weeks then I was told to make sure I eat around 12-15 net carbs a day only in veggies. I am still on the induction diet so if you need any suggestions I can tell you what I am eating and it could help you.

Hang in there you may not be eating enough Atkins recommends 1500-1800 calories a day. I was barely eating too and stalled at 297 lbs. I added about 1000 calories to my diet and gained the first week but then have been losing slowly since! You can throw your body into starvation mode. Try figuring out your RDI on here and filling out your activites and see how many calories you should be eating. On the Atkins website there is a forum called Why Stalls Happen by Why Guy and it is VERY informative!
