weigh in at 7am. diet has been veggie but overdone. gotta get back down!!!
264.2 lb Lost so far: 107.6 lb.    Still to go: 13.2 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

Thinking of you Kim... I know you can do this. The challenge when there is little $$ is real, I know because I have the same challenge. Hoping you can add more protein to your plan... Always wishing you the best. <3 P.S. I never could loose weight on the mostly veggie plan because i was always hungry and then would grab carbs. Watch those carbs. <3 Grams
