Dropped another kilo - even without any exercise and with a big meal out on Wednesday. BMI now 32.6. Not been at such a low weight since 12th December 1998.
254.6 lb Lost so far: 38.6 lb.    Still to go: 1.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
