I started on the hcg diet this last Sat...I loaded up on Sat and Sun and as of right now I have lost 6.4 lbs. The first three days was a lil hard with headache and fatigue, but now better and thrilled to have lost the weight! Just some advice on this diet, dont eat grapefruit. I got dizzy spells for some reason and someone told me it was bcuz I ate grapefruit that morning.
