How much is enough? What should be me caloric intake? How many grams of fat should I not go over in a day? How many grams of protein should I have in a day? What should I eat? When should I eat? How should I eat? Questions. That's where I am beginning, with my questions. I am going to answer these questions and get it done this time. I am going to build a healthier, and happier me. I'm going to ask those questions and find the answers. I will find the answers.

I had the same questions a few days ago but I found a site that answered my questions better than most. http://www.theloseweightdiet.com I will be trying the 5 to 6 meals a day 2 of them being protein shakes. One at the start and end of my day. I am going to try 1 gram of protein per lbs that I weigh. I am just starting up, but my friend did this a while back while working out and was able to lose fat and get in much better shape.

If you check the "My diet" button on the My Fatsecret page, you will get an RDI calculator that will calculate your recmmended calorie intake. As far as too much fat or carbs, it depends on the person. As long as I'm within my RDI, my fat intake can be pretty high, and I still lose weight, but too many carbs and I puff up. A friend of mine is just the opposite. She can eat breads and pasta, but too much fat and her weight loss stalls out. High protein bumps up my metabolism, but I know it just makes other people sick. Keep up your food (and exercise) diary so you can track your progress vs. food intake. Listen to your body. If a food makes it feel sick, then you probably should avoid that.
